workout starts again

hai kawan2 ttc yg nak turunkan berat badan. Today I oficially joining you all...after two months tglkan workout today saya mula balik.

Lets do it ladies!!

Update picture after 45 minutes walking and running on treadmill.

3.76 km and 200 cal is burned. Sepatutnya setiap kali workout we should burn at least 300 cal. Dalam dalam masa sebulan kita kne workout 12 times. Untuk dapat result yg baik la. Kalau kita dapat consistent buat ni memang superb la.

Dont forget to do muscle development. I pun malas nak buat sebabnya tempat tu penuh dengan lelaki badan ketol2 rasa tak selesa la. I choose weekend utk develop muscle sebab masa tu x ramai yang dtg gym. Bebas sikit nak guna equipments yang ada.

Ok, all the best friends!! Sama2 support each other okay supaya tak cepat putus asa.

  3. good luck atie. rindu nya nak lari. last achievement i lari on threadmill after pantang lepas gugur hari tu was 8km within 2 hours kot. igt nak up kan lagi to 10km tp x kesampaian. apapun i support u to keep fit & live a healthy life!!
