My Plan: 6 weeks before 2nd appoinment

I have more or less 6 weeks before i meet the Dr for the second time. It is important for me to do something so that my weight decreases as what Dr wants (myself as well)...hopefully dapat turunkan few kgs.

This is my plan. Kalau ada kawan2 TTC yg nak join sama pun best jugak. Boleh compare berapa byk berat yang turun LOL ♥

0. Drink a lof of water ( 1 hari ~8 gelas)
1. Puasa every Isnin & Khamis (scra kasarnya ada 14 hari je sebelum 11/7 ni)
2. No rice
3. No dinner / dinner with fruits and salads
4. Mesti breakfast tiap2 pagi
5. Eat a lot of fruits
6. Main badminton/joging/main dumbell setiap hari
7. Minum avocado smoothie (tiap2 hari kalo mampu)
8. Makan madu 1 sudu setiap pagi dan malam
9. Makan GLA from CD1 until CD14
10. Makan supplements (mine are EPO, vit E, multivitamin, zinc complex, vit c, pati delima gulsan and collagen)

Dr wants me to loose weight at least 8kgs...untuk permulaan ni. Maybe Dr will ask for more. To reach the ideal weight, i need to loose 32kg. Crazy kan?! Banyak tu...

To be honest, i rasa mustahilnya...
Korang....boleh ke I ni....

    Untuk excersice kena ada geng baru best. kalo sorang2 dia punya momentum akan merudum..

  2. InshaaAllah boleh Atie....letakkan sasaran 32kg dulu, at least kalau kita boleh capai 50% dari sasaran pun dah cukup ok dah! berusaha ye!

  5. insyallah boleh dear...
    smlm baru je visit my gynae nak buat FET after raya insyaallah...dia soh kurangkan berat badan gak...tp masalahnye time muda2 dulu slim sikit la, period sama gak x teratur....
